Add a Wufoo Form
To add a Wufoo form to your sites, go here. You can sign up for a free account.

Click +New Form to get started:
From there, choose what sort of call to action form you want to create by choosing fields to add to your form in the Wufoo form builder. Here we choose a simple Name and Email contact form:
You can create a limitless variety of forms here, from RSVP, to email sign up, to an opt in form.
Once your form is created, click Save Form and then Share Form. This will open up a page that will show you the inner workings of your form.
You can share the form to your site with the shareable URL or with HTML.
To share with the direct URL, copy and paste the form URL to your Gridsite by copying the URL in the Permanent Link tab, then pasting it to your Gridsite, then Publishing it to your site:
The other option is to embed HTML. Scroll down and copy the text in Embed your Form.
Go to your Gridsite dashboard and click Write Something to open the Editor. You can paste this HTML into your editor.
Click the page and click the Add dropdown and choose Embed HTML.
Click Save & Exit, which will save to Unpublished.
Click Unpublished. The contact form HTML post will be the top left post, hover over it and click the Globe Icon to publish.
This will publish the form to your Gridsite! Next, do a few redesigns to play around with how The Grid displays your form.
